Aleksandr N. Rakhmangulov was born in Magnitogorsk, Russia in 1966. He received the Engineer degrees in Industrial Transport from Nosov Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Magnitogorsk, in 1988, Ph.D. degree (1996) in Engineering Sciences from Russian University of Transport, Moscow, Russia, and Doctor (2013) in Engineering Sciences from Russian University of Transport, Moscow. From 1996 to 2013, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Transport at Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University, Magnitogorsk, Russia, and since 2013, he is Professor in the Department of Logistics and Transportation Systems Management in the same university. He is the author of 35 books and more than 175 articles. His research interests include logistics and intermodal transportation, mathematical and simulation modeling of transportation processes and systems.

Rosen P. Mitrev was born in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1973. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, in 1997, Ph.D. degree (2004) in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. From 2002 to 2010 he was Assistant Professor in the Department of Logistics Engineering, Material Handling and Construction Machines at Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, and since 2010 he is Associate Professor in the same department. He is the author of 5 books and more than 70 articles. His research interests include MEMS energy harvesting technology, dynamics and control of manipulators, robots, material handling and construction equipment, computer-aided design and engineering of mechanical systems.

Dr. Željko Stević is Assistant professor at University of East Sarajevo, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering Doboj. He received PhD in Transport and Traffic Engineering from University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences 2018. Interests: logistics; supply chain management; transport; traffic engineering; soft computing; multi-criteria decision making problems; rough set theory; sustainability; fuzzy set theory, neutrosophic set theory, circular economy. He has published over 150 papers from the area of his interest. He has contributed outstanding research in the mentioned fields. His published studies are very well cited in other research that can be seen in ResearchGate and Google Scholar (H27). (SCOPUS) – H22, (WoS) - H17. Dr. Stević has authored/co-authored of papers published in refereed International Journals including Applied Soft Computing, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Expert systems with applications, Neural Computing and Applications, Mathematical Problems in Engineering, Symmetry, Engineering Economics, Soft Computing, Transport, Scientometrics, Technological and Economic Development of Economy, Entropy, ECECSR, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, SIC, Mathematics (MDPI),  and other. Member of Program Committee for specific programs for Republic of Srpska in Horizon 2020. Editor in chief of the journal Operational Research in Engineering Sciences: Theory and Applications. Member of Editorial Board over 20 scientific journals. Awards: Jan 2018: Medal merit for the people in the field of education and science. Nov 2017: The best young researcher of the 3rd cycle (Doctoral) studies - (Festival of Science 2017), September 2019 Award: Top Peer Reviewer in the Global Peer Review Awards 2019 (Publons).
